How We Work
- Rent
- Tenants pay rent and deposits directly to you. We never receive or hold rent or tenant security deposits.
- Trades
- Trades invoice you directly. No markup on trade invoices. Materials we supply are cost + 15%.
- Spending
- Work above your pre-approved limits waits for your approval.
- Reports
- Every visit ends with a dated photo report, by email within 48 hours. Move-out reports within 24 hours.
- Replies
- Within one business day.
