When to Book
Book for move-out day or soon after. Once a cleaner has been in or the next tenant has moved in, the move-out condition can’t be photographed.
What’s in the Report
The report is a record of condition. If a deposit or damage claim goes to Residential Tenancies in Newfoundland and Labrador, the tribunal sets the evidence standards and decides what the record shows.

Before the Visit
- You don’t need to be there.
- Keys are logged in and out, and never copied.
- If the unit is still occupied, the tenant gets written notice before we come, and we confirm the timing with you first.
- We invoice after the report, payable within 15 days.
