This site collects as little as it can, and only when you hand it over.

What we collect, and why

• Enquiries. Name, email, phone if you give it, and what you wrote — so we can answer you. Sent to us by email; kept in our inbox.
• The farm list and the guest list. Your email, and whatever else you chose to tell us (which house you stayed in, whether you’re local). Only if you ticked the box. Used to send you a few emails a year about the farm or the houses. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and replying “stop” works too.
• Share deposits. Name and contact details, so we can confirm your place and refund you if you ask.
• Visits. Anonymous page counts through Vercel Web Analytics — no cookies, no tracking across sites, no advertising.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, rent or share the list with anyone.
• We don’t run advertising trackers or social-media pixels.
• We don’t keep card numbers — we don’t take cards on this site.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered by email (Resend) to our business inbox (Google Workspace). The website is hosted by Vercel. Those companies process the data to deliver it; they don’t get to use it for themselves.

Your side of it

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — normally within a few days. Email info@harbourandhillsnl.com or call (709) 691-2666. If you’ve stayed with us through a booking platform, that platform holds its own record of the booking under its own terms.

Consent

We only email you for marketing with your express permission (that’s the unchecked box on the forms), as Canada’s anti-spam law requires. We keep a record of when and how you agreed. Withdraw it any time.
