Built in 1915 on Quidi Vidi Road and named for Walter LaCour, who helped renovate the house and built much of the furniture in it. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a marble fireplace, the original hardwood. Five minutes’ walk to Quidi Vidi village and the lake.
